RMS Titanic, Inc. is proud to participate in the Battleship Yamato Research and Recovery Expedition being conducted in the East China Sea, approximately 250 miles North of Okinawa.  RMST is offering the only English online coverage of this historic event here on this web site. The expedition is organized by Japan's TV Asahi and conducted by Aqua+ of France, who also participated in the 1996 and 1998 Titanic Research and Recovery Expeditions.   Artifact recovery from the Yamato will support the Maritime Museum of Kure, Japan, the city where Yamato was built and from which Yamato departed on her last mission. George Tulloch, President of RMS Titanic, Inc. is on site and will be providing regular reports following the daily events of the expedition.
